AMENITIES: ✨️ We have one Dream Cottage on MorroBay, in Ca. is a 308 sq ft. converted boathouse with 16 ft. ceilings, 16-panoramic bay windows, full shower, and is a fully stocked kitchenette with luxury linens.            Outside: A Hot Tub, Bird Preserve, 2-Kayaks, Hanging forest bed, Serenity swing, Cocktail lounge, 2-Arch hammocks, Game table, Love boat ❤️ a 300 sq. ft. deck with propane firepit overlooking the bird preserve, and the Morro Bay Peninsula, and so much more!

✨️  We have great WI-FI. We  are a perfect hub to explore our magnificent coast, then come home and relax on our Bayfront DreamCottage! We are on the edge of a spectacular, 15-acre-peninsula, with stunning southwest sunsets that last for hours, with 270-degree views of the bay. Again, our little peninsula is nestled against and surrounded by one of the most sought-after 8,000 acres State Parks in California: It is very, quiet! Giving you some much-needed peace. ☮️ ⛵️ You can kayak across.the bay to Montana De Oro, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Park the kayaks and.clomb up the sand dune to what we all.cal.”Top of the World” where you can see the pristine Pacific Oceana and all Morro Bay! Then come back and hot tub as the sunsets over the peninsula and under the stars! Climb on the comfy cozy hanging forest bed and you both can take a nap under the 100-year-old eucalyptus grove, as you are breathing in the magical ✨️ bay! two Have coffee or a glass of 🍷 inside the “love boat” and cheers to the ever-changing peninsula! Then turn on the outdoor fireplace, and watch the birds surround! We are nestled in the middle of the Morro Bay Estuary and the spectacular Bird Preserve, which up 500 different species of birds pass in.front of the cottage year round! One of the most important estuaries in the world with the most.bird migration too! Absolutely, spectacular! A perfect place to renew your happy soul! We abide by all CDC guidelines and Completely sterilize the Dream Cottage after each visit… We change All bedding, throw pillows, bedspread, blankets, carpet, etc.

Walk to our farmers market from 2-4 every Monday. We designed the Dream Cottage so every where you walk you can see all sides of the peninsula!

Enjoy the deck with your organic coffee ☕️ that is provided, or a glass of wine at sunset overlooking the beach and sparkling bay as the white and brown pelicans arrive and lounge on the water right in front of your eyes. An explosion of your senses: quiet and calming your heart. The catamarans, the colors of the kayaks, waiting to be swept away on the beautiful back bay of Morro Bay. Welcome to the Morro Bay Cottage! Hike the 7-preserves around Morro Bay and Los Osos: Morro Bay State Park, Montana De Oro State Park, Ancient Oak preserve, the Elfin Forest, Morro Bay Bird Preserve, Morro Bay Estuary and Preserve.

The bay has high tide and low tide twice a day, every 6 hours. It always looks beautiful and different! We live in the main home On the property. You have complete privacy. We don’t see our guests, unless they text us for something, or we help them with their first time kayaking. We allow small to medium well behaved dogs, upon approval. ⚓️ We are a boutique rental, and only have 2-people at a time. (If you book and due to covid need to reschedule, we will happily reschedule to an agreed future date.) Our couples love it here, it is usually their first outing. They are grateful there is a place with Pacific Ocean Air to find Peace ☮️

Air-conditioned accommodations at this cottage offer fireplaces and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens or kitchenettes offer refrigerators, microwaves, cookware/dishes/utensils, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include showers.

Recreational amenities at the cottage include a water park and a spa tub.
